Method 1
Take any portal to any black zone at the conquerors' hall in a city.
Walk out in any of the zones until you find someone that kills you.
Method 2
Walk to a red zone and look for someone to kill you.
Tips:
Put your items in the bank before leaving since you will drop all your items.
If Method 2 is slow because you have to walk all the way consider buying a cheap mount.
Yellow zones do not count towards this achievement. It has to be a full loot zone.
