How to unlock the Go For The Throat achievement in Alekhine's Gun - Definitive Guide

You can garrote an enemy using the fibrewire in your inventory. Much the same as using Chloroform, you need to approach an enemy from behind without them noticing to use it successfully as trying to perform a garrote kill on an alerted enemy is just a waste of time.

To equip the garrote, press 
. To use it, when standing behind a target, hold 
and press 
to strangle them. You need to kill 30 enemies with the garrote to unlock this achievement.
If you haven’t unlocked this by the end of the campaign (if you are trying to unlock “Legendary” in your playthrough you shouldn’t have), there’s a spot in Level 1, ‘Ghosts of the Past,’ where you can get this with minimal effort simply by reloading a save point.
