This trophy can be cheesed as it does not have to be 30 individual bodies. You'll have several opportunities to hide a body in this game so take your pick of where you do this, simply hide the body in a nearby closet, remove, then put them back again 30 times and the trophy will unlock.

After you’ve killed someone, you have the option of picking up their body and hiding it. If there is a closet nearby, press 
to pick them up and walk over to the closet. Press again to hide the body. You can only hide one body per closet. Make sure that there aren’t any other guards in eyesight of this because there’s a chance that they will investigate. As you assassinate your targets, you should be hiding the bodies (if applicable) so they aren’t found.
If you haven’t unlocked this by the end of the campaign, there’s a spot in Level 1, ‘Ghosts of the Past,’ where you can get this with minimal effort simply by reloading a save point.
