This achievement is Story Related and therefore unmissable.
The achievement is entitled "No Happy Returns" and is earned automatically once you first return to Wonderland. Once you gain control of Alice from the intro, you will wander the streets and eventually begin following a white cat. The cat will lead you an alleyway where a series of cutscenes will play out. Once you gain control of Alice again, head over to the old woman and it's all cutscene from there,

In Chapter 1 proceed through the streets until you find Nurse Witless. On the rooftops speak with her and you will end up in Wonderland. This is a story-related achievement and cannot be missed.

After meeting up with the bird woman again, you will fall into wonderland. That is where you will meet the Cheshire cat, after the talk with the Cheshire cat, you will gain control of Alice once again. The trophy should soon follow.
