'Primed' is level 4. I got this easily on my recruit play through. Just make sure to collect everything, kill everything, don't get hurt that much and do it as fast as possible. I got a score of around 370000 while taking my time to explore as well.

"Primed" is level 4. The trophy is not difficult. You will need to kill opponents and collect things as much and quickly as possible without getting hurt. If you do everything as I said, you will get approximately 370,000 points.

I got this trophy without worrying about “getting hurt faster”, just enjoying the game and looking into all the corners. At the end of the level I got 412,000 and the trophy fell out.
