Larvals will spawn out of them shortly, so wait till a bunch of them group up, and before they jump at you, throw one or two Stun Grenades to stun them. You should easily be able to get a group 10-12 Larvals stunned here. Once they're stunned throw a well aimed Frag Grenade to finish them off in one burst.
