The Survivor achievement in Alien: Isolation worth 437 pointsComplete the game on the hardest difficulty setting
or one or both of these:
The Mercy or Prudence? achievement in Alien: Isolation worth 272 pointsComplete the game without killing any humans
You CAN unlock all of these achievements at once but this will make things much harder. So if you're looking for a real challenge - do it! ;)
