The achievement should be easy to get by just playing the game, but if you can't wait..

Already in the beginning of the game you need to go through a vent.

Press cn_A to enter the vent and imidiaty walk back out of it.. then press cn_A again.

You will get this trophy through natural progression in the game since you will be using the vents a lot.

You can climb in and out of the ventilation 20 times in a row and the trophy is yours.

Throughout the game you will have to climb through the ventilation dozens of times. There's no point in farming on purpose.
