If you have the Crew Expendable DLC then this is rather easy to get.
Under Play Game simply choose Survivor Mode and then either Dallas or Parker. They both start with the Bolt Gun with ammo in their inventory. It's advisable to choose Dallas as he also has the Shotgun so you can also acquire

Worked great just remember to charge the bolt gun hold the rt down.

You get the bolt gun during mission 14. Hold 
to bring up the radial menu and select it with the 
then hold 
to aim, now hold 
to charge and then let go of and you should get the trophy.
