How to unlock the Stunned achievement in Alien: Isolation - Definitive Guide
On Mission 4, you will enter the Internal Communications as part of the story. In the back room you can find the blueprint for the EMP Mine. Once you have the blueprint, you will have to craft the item which requires:
- 25 Scrap
- 3 Charge Packs
- 2 Sensors
- 1 SCJ Injector
- 2 Bonding Agents
Craft the item whenever you have enough resources (can be done on later missions), and then use the EMP Mine on any Android in order to stun them, and unlock the achievement.

I used a pipe bomb to get the achievement. I tried to kill a group of three enemies. It killed the first human and knocked out the other two standing behind him.

You can also use a flashbang. I used a flash on a group of 3 humans, got the achievement, and watched the alien come and destroy them all.

MISSION 4
After you have taken the elevator, go to the INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS room and pick up the EMP blueprint from a small side room there.
ITEMS NEEDED:
25 Scrap
3 Charge Pack
2 Sensor
1 SCJ Injector
2 Bonding agent
If you don't have all the items you will have more than enough chances to use the EMP mine on androids in the next missions.

I didn't have enough materials for the EMP mine but got this on mission 6.
At the very start of the level you get a stun baton (cannot be missed).
Play through the level and at the end you start up 2 generators and a single robot becomes active in the room you are in. He follows a set pattern, so watch him and then follow him, and hit him from behind with the baton (equip it, hold LT to hold it in front of you and RT to thrust it at the robot). Acheivement unlocked!
Good luck!

In Mission 3, when you are looking to disable the lockdown, there's a room with a dead body next to some flamethrower fuel (always good to find, even if it's far too early). On the wall is the Flashbang v.1 blueprint.
When I got to the lobby, for whatever reason the Alien wasn't around, so I made and threw a flashbang to distract the humans (and attract the Alien). The achievement popped instantly.
It's also cheaper on materials, if you're low, and generally less useful than EMP mines (and you have to make one for another achievement anyway).
-10 Scrap
-1 Blasting Cap
-1 Bonding Agent
-1 Sensor
NB: The only reason I used the flashbang was because the Alien didn't show up at all (even after the flashbang). It's possible that this may void the "Mercy or Prudence?" achievement, so use at your own risk. (The flashbang description says it doesn't kill, but since the Alien glitched I had to reload anyway.)

To get this achievement or trophy first you must get the recipeof PEM Mine in Chapter 4. Then create one and throw it to the synthetics.

Does it also works with humans?.

You can get this as soon as mission 4 after you get the EMP blueprint, simply craft the EMP and toss it at an android and the trophy is yours. Here is a video by PowerPyx showing the method:

You need to use, for example, a stun gun on a person or an android and the trophy will fall out.

Not only that, I got this trophy when I threw a SVG into a group of human enemies that stuns everyone.
