The easiest place to unlock this achievement is during the tutorial level when you start a new game. Unfortunately there is no way to replay this level, but if you don't get it on your first try (which you likely will, since the tutorial is very slow paced and simple), you'll have to start a new game to replay it. You can either do this immediately until you successfully unlock this achievement, or wait until you beat the game (and are unavoidably much better at the game) and then start a new game to replay the tutorial. It's extremely unlikely that you'll unlock this achievement on any other levels, since they're much longer and more intense. The tutorial is extremely short and only has a few enemies in it, and most of them don't even shoot at you. Dodge what little projectiles you need to in order to avoid taking damage, and after the very short tutorial you should unlock this achievement.
