The Eye of Tempest is the planet just above the pink one, on the far left. The first stage features giant worms that jump out in an arc pattern. Make sure you're either very high up or very low to the ground to avoid them, since they can easily catch you by surprise. Near the end of the stage you'll have a pretty simple midboss fight. You'll have to dodge a decent amount of projectiles, but as long as you stay far away from the worm and look for an opening it shouldn't be difficult. The second stage is one of the hardest in the game, in my opinion. It's dark, it has very tight areas to fly through, lots of annoying enemies, and worst are that things pop out of the ground seemingly out of nowhere. Be prepared for a bunch of retries, cheap deaths, and trial and error on this stage to finally finish it.

There is no third stage here, and instead you go right to the boss. He has four hands, each with a weapon that does a unique attack. You'll need to destroy each hand to defeat him. I recommend saving the tablet in the lower left hand for last, because its attack is the easiest to avoid. Instead, prioritize the axe and the how hands. They have the most annoying attacks. Once all four hands are destroyed, focus fire on its head. He'll materialize big balls, some of which are homing and some just go around in circles. They can all be shot and destroyed pretty quickly, but just keep out of their way as you shoot his head until he is destroyed.
