The Eye of Terror is the black hole level that opens up in the center of the screen after completing a few of the starting planets. This area is unique in that it's only a boss battle. He only has three very simple attacks. When he sends his shadow forward at you, fly over it and behind it so you can keep shooting him. When he shoots out the indestructible eyes, go under them to keep shooting him. When he shoots the spikes, just keep moving in a direction and never double back or you'll get shot. That's all there is to this boss.
