How to unlock the Don't Count Me Out achievement in Aliens Colonial Marines - Definitive Guide
This can be done easily split screen with 2 controllers.
Simply start any co-op campaign mission. Let player 2 get shot / attacked until he goes down, then revive him. The achievement should pop straight away.

The easiest place to do this is the second mission. At the start of the mission, just run your guest back around so they are in front of the door the enemies come through. Your main profile can crouch behind a nearby crate and revive the guest from cover. Works great for the "revive a buddy 5x" challenge, too.

Really easy to do by joining a random person's game.
What I did was join a random Ultimate Bad Ass difficulty coop game and then shot the teammate until they went down and simply revived them.
Easy

That's a pretty douchebag way of doing it.

When a player is "downed" in co-op campaign, they will be sitting on the ground with a pistol and a red bar above their head. Approach them and hold when you're prompted to and this will unlock once they're back on their feet.
You will need another person for this. Whenever a teammate's health is depleted, they will enter an "Incapacitated" state. You will then have a limited amount of time to revive them before they permanently die. Simply stand next to your downed partner and hold the button to revive them.

Just connect a second player and give him to the mercy. When he falls, kill all enemies and heal him.

It is very convenient to do in the Ray of Hope campaign in Hadley's Hope, because... opponents appear there at the very beginning.
