How to unlock the Majority Shareholder achievement in Aliens Colonial Marines - Definitive Guide

Commendations are earned at every level and can be used in the arsenal upgrades menu. To get this achievement you must reach marine level 31 and spend all the points you accumulate.

Be sure to get the I Can Handle Myself (Purchase all Upgrades for a weapon) and Field Modified, Kill Certified (Upgrade every slot for a weapon) achievements on the way. Those are easily done upgrading 3 different slots for your Service Pistol, not including skins.

Commendations are the points you receive to purchase upgrades with. These are earned each time you rank up as well as getting Shift codes (see Gearbox Software's website for more info). One way to spend these points is from the menu select "Arsenal Upgrades" and a weapon you have unlocked. Upgrades available for purchase are highlighted blue with a number letting you know how much the upgrade will cost. Normal progression will require Rank 31 to have 30 points to spend and you will have earned a high enough rank to purchase the upgrades needed for the achievement.

Every time you level up, you earn a Commendation to spend on weapon upgrades and abilities for your characters. Simply spend all of your available points and this will unlock when you reach Level 31 and spend that Commendation. It doesn't matter what you purchase.

When you get rank 31, just spend all the modification points.
