Mission 5 - The Raven

When you are in the sewers and need to be silent to avoid after you have moved passed a few of the Xenos there will be some barrels on your right with the dolls head on top, just go close and look directly at it.

In The Raven While down in the sewers stay to the Right there will be a indent and some barrels the dolls head will be on them and the achievement will pop......Mostly

yea sorry its tough to explain this one pretty much when ur down in the sewers just look around for the doll and you will get it pretty easily......Mostly

It's after you first encounter the husks, achievement popped for me before I even seen the doll. No pick up needed just need to get close to it

mentioning that it´s just 2or3 corners after the 3 "retarded-T-rex-like-walking"-aliens explode and winter talks bout that on the radio- would´ve mostly made it less tough to explain ;)

Newt's doll, well actually it's just a doll's head (named Casey, in case you're wondering), is located in the sewers in mission 5 (The Raven). If you've made it to the door you cut through, you've gone too far. This is after activating a pump and watching some exploding aliens attack it. Just past this spot are some barrels with the doll's head resting on top.

Newt's Doll can be found in the fifth chapter, The Raven in the area containing multiple Boilers.

When you pull the lever, all of the boilers will explode and Winter will say "You didn't tell me they exploded". Facing the switch, walk off the platform and head down the corridor to your right. You should see a silhouette of a spinning fan on the floor at the end of the room. Once you reach this, turn left, walk down the corridor and you should see the Doll's head lying on a barrel to your right.

Obtain this trophy in Mission 5: Raven .

At the beginning of mission 5 you need to find a way out of the sewer. When you approach the place where the alarm is visible and heard, you will see several dead aliens . There is a small staircase nearby and there is a switch nearby. Pull it and something like a steam engine will turn on. This machine will destroy them. Go in the opposite direction from this car straight and all the way to the end. You will see several barrels and on one of them there will be a doll's head . Walk up to her and sit down.
In a few seconds you will receive the trophy.
