Didn’t pop for me and I had no marines die (I didn’t have the memorial section unlocked)

Plenty of bugged achievements on the game. None of the level 10 achievements popped for me, neither did the weapon one

It seems as though the pc got an update. If console did, it certainly wasn’t the same one.

Unlocked for me during the credits. I reloaded whenever my marines died.

Aeon I also didn’t let any die

It popped for me on my “no one can hear you scream” easy mode playthrough.

Just a side note, one of the "events" that takes place between days can result in marines dying.

So make sure you always read what the outcome of the event will be.

Yes good point, but when that happens the “memorial will appear”. I never saw this.

On my next run on “no one can hear you scream” I got the cheevo.

I did 2 playthrus - 1st was on medium with "no one can hear you scream" active- no one died but it didn't pop

2nd was on nightmare in NG+ and it popped

Only difference was on the atmospheric processor mission I killed one guy who was part of Marlows cult on Medium, and did not interact with him at all in Nightmare

A heads up - one of the daily random events offers you a choice between dismissing a marine, or having a canteen brawl on the next day. I dismissed the marine and this voided the achievement. It even opened up the memorial tab and had his name. I didn't realise until a few days later.

I unlocked this despite having a marine on the memorial. I also picked the option to dismiss, although I didn't make a note of the name I assume it was the same person, as I don't believe there are any other ways for someone to die outside of a mission.

Attention! There is a bug or defect in the game. During events, do not choose options that say: “Marine will leave the team.” The Marine will be considered killed in action even if the event had a peaceful description.

The event in which “a Marine leaves the team” no longer affects the receipt of a trophy.
