How to unlock the Omelette Du Fromage achievement in Aliens: Dark Descent - Definitive Guide

The easiest place to get this is in Level 2 - Berkeley’s Docks.

After the start you will enter the base, go down the lift and eventually enter a room where you are given a main mission and side mission to save the crew. In one of the rooms you come across on your way to saving the crew there is a room with 4 face hugger eggs in. As you enter just launch a grenade and the achievement will pop. If it doesn’t, just reload last checkpoint and try again.

In the second mission there will be a room where there are 4 eggs at the entrance (this room is viewed by the camera). As soon as you open the door to the room, immediately press and throw a grenade.

Oddly enough, in the second mission I didn’t find the room from the hint earlier, but as the game progresses there will be quite a few places with eggs, so don’t worry too much about it. The main thing is to have a person on your team with a standard initial machine gun and use the skill of shooting from an under-barrel grenade launcher. I advise you to always have at least one person with a regular machine gun until the end of the game, yes, it is weak in damage, but its grenade launcher is a very useful thing, it is constantly needed.
