This one’s pretty simple, but it’s something you probably won’t get unless you’re trying to get it!
The achievement is to use the Embryo Extraction Xenotech on a Marine who is being attacked by a Facehugger. I got this on Mission Five by sending a marine into the egg room near the end of the mission, but you can do this strategy with any cluster! Just make sure to clear the surrounding area of critters first, and set some mines to keep away any unnecessary harassment.
Once you locate a clear cluster, order a Marine to put down a motion tracker in the center of the eggs. They’ll sprint into the room, triggering all the eggs while putting the tracker down, and be overwhelmed by the facehuggers before they can retreat. Once they’ve been grabbed, quickly send the rest of your squad in to kill the other facehuggers, then hit the interact button on your marine and select the embryo extractor prompt. This must be done quickly. If not aided within a few dozen seconds, your Marine will be strangled to death by the facehugger.
The achievement should pop as soon as your marine is saved and gets back to their feet! Happy hunting!

This is helpful! Are there eggs in every mission? I feel like I never want to dedicate xenotech to bringing that perk...

Before the end of mission 5 on Pharos Spire orbiting Lethe moon, skip up to at least 300 days to obtain more marines. (Unless you customize your campaign and turn-off the timer)
Along the way, you'll earn over 500 xenosamples, 12,000 materials, and about 20 engineers and physicians each.
Use xenosamples to unlock the xenotech that let's you remove facehuggers for this achievement.
After the very end of mission 5, you only have 30 days to finish the campaign.
And you'll eventually obtain xenotech that allows you to reduce planet infestation with plenty of xenosamples to do so.
Save about 180 xenosamples for use during deployment. That's 2 return trips each mission (one mission is only one day).
