The 3rd mission of the Gift of Fire campaign (Gift of Fire: Boarding) introduces the Pathogen enemies. They go down very easy on Casual difficulty. The Demolisher's L56A3 Smartgun or OCAP-91 Volcan works well at mowing them down.
If you don't get this playing on Casual or Standard with AI teammates the first time, you'll unlock it not far into a 2nd run of the level.

Very easy. On my first play of the level I died at what wasn't even the end and didn't finish it but still got 86% of the total on the achievement tracker. The little spider things definitely count towards the total, as my tracker then went up after I'd killed a swarm of them.
