Press start and go to the LOADOUT screen.
On the bottom, there's an appearance menu with 3 options, click on them and change your hat and outfit, you can get them through the first level if you don't have them already, no purchase necessary.

This achievement is glitched for me on PC. Tried on Cloud gaming and still nothing.
UPDATE: Noticed a PC game patch today (1/20/22), edited loadout, had to change both hat and outfit again but achievement finally popped.
