How to unlock the Supportive Squad achievement in Aliens: Fireteam Elite - Definitive Guide
The easiest levels to complete this on are probably in the first campaign Priority One - Ingress (1.1) and Rescue (1.2).
If you set your difficulty to Casual and play in a private match with only the two synthetics Alpha and Beta, you should be able to complete those two levels without being downed (being jumped by an Elite may lead to you being temporarily downed, but this doesn't appear to count against the achievement progress).

Much easier than it sounds. You are going to be playing this game for a very long time anyway and it will come naturally. You will accumulate a good bit of progress on this while playing on the lower difficulty levels and on the highest one you cant even die once anyway or its game over for you. (and most likely the team as well)

Being downed is when someone dies. If you play on any other difficulty above casual, you'll see that everyone has like a skull with either a 4,3,2 or 1 (standard, intense, extreme, insane), and that number is how many lives they have. If the number decreases, then the level you're on won't give any progress for the cheev. You can get this through natural progression.
