How to unlock the Suturing Expert achievement in Aliens: Fireteam Elite - Definitive Guide

The best technique I have found is to go in horde mode to shoot a bot and heal it, you will find on the map 3 or 4 care kits in addition to yours, then quit then start again until have the 100, small precision do not launch the hordes

The faster game mode for this method is Point Defense, which came with a free update. Launch it in Private matchmaking with bots on Intense difficulty (default map is Quake). Just run straight up the stairs into the supply room. There are 3 med kits here that are bunched together, plus you have the one you start with. Shoot and heal a bot 4 times, then abandon the mission and repeat. You'll never trigger any enemies this way.

The progress tracker can act a bit strange for this game. The heals are counted in the background, but the tracker doesn't show every bit of progress.
