All You Need is Help

As soon as you reach the main hub with 4 rooms, go to your room top left with the bookcase. Simply hold X and use RB/LB and change one thing on each tab.

When in the main hub, use your block's room and go to the wardrobe. Change your skin, animal type and accessory. By the time I got the ice world I still didn't have a skin unlocked so I just reselected the one I had already had on, and it popped. So you don't need to actually change it, just select it.
