This Achievement is unlocked by collecting 50 accessories and/or skins (not including the skin you start with) from spinning the gacha machine.
Each spin will cost you 100 coins and is random if you receive an accessory, skin, nameplate, nickname or furniture item.

Guide is good but I’ll add this is an exceptionally frustrating grind. The gatcha machine will keep giving you nameplates and furniture variation far past expectations. With four controllers you can get 1000 coins/hour but the machine is spitting out accessories and skins about 20% of the time for me. That means it will take about 25000 coins to pop this or ~400 levels completed.

I noticed the gacha machine was giving me accessories/skins at a 20% or less drop rate for every 10 spins I did at a time. I ended up figuring a way to use the cloud save to save myself the many hours it would have taken me to get them naturally. I pretty much followed these steps:
1. Save up enough coins you would need to spend on the remaining amount of accessories/skins you need. (Lets say you need 20 more items. You would need at least 2000 coins.)
2. Quit out of the game completely when you have the required amount so that it saves to the cloud.
3 Start the game up again.
4. When you load in, head to the gacha machine and hold
when you're ready to spin. If you get either an accessory or skin, go ahead and get rid of the notification off the screen and close out of the game completely so that the cloud save is updated.
5. If neither of those drops, you need to delete the local save while the game is running.(to do that, hit the
button on your controller. scroll down and highlight the game. Hit the 
button and select 'Manage game and add-ons'. Select 'Saved data'. Select 'DELETE ALL' if it only shows your profile. This only deletes local saves. If there's another account's data, specifically select your profile which then asks you to either 'Delete from console' or 'Delete everywhere'. MAKE SURE YOU SELECT 'DELETE FROM CONSOLE'. This also closes the game session.) Note: I made sure to keep the image/notification up of the item I got from the spin when I went to delete the local save. I didn't want a chance of "accepting" the item, just in case.
6. Relaunch the game. The game will download the cloud save and will place you before your last gacha spin when you load in.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 until you get the rest of the items needed for the achievement.
