This one can take some time to register progress. The fastest method I found was to:
1. Sign in with a second controller
2. Press
on both controllers to enable dual mode and hold 
on each controller to sign in a third and fourth player
3. Start a level
4. On your second controller, press
& 
5. On your main controller, press
& 
to "respond"
6. Repeat 5x (or until the achievement pops - for me it was more than 5x)

I think it helped me to do it in one map (using a snowball and melting it), and being host 🤷🏼♀️ that's when mine popped
