There are many levels in the first world that have balls, and you'll get this whilst just playing the game. If you just want to unlock it, the fastest method I found was to:
1. Sign in with a second controller
2. Press
on both controllers to enable dual mode and hold 
on each controller to sign in a third and fourth player
3. Start a level - if it has a ball (or a button that when pressed releases a ball), just keep rolling this until the achievement pops

this achievement does not track and is host only but thankfully it is a quick one
