How to unlock the First blood achievement in Almost My Floor - Definitive Guide

Probably the earliest you can get this is after you go up in the elevator and enter the room with the eyes in Chapter 1. Do nothing for long enough and you will get shot with a laser beam and die, popping this achievement.

Need to pick up the shield first so the eyes flash red. Important if you're playing on the 15 min trial.
