When trying to get the key from under the neighbours rug in Chapter 2, you need to interact with the cleaning lady. Upon doing this, you will go into a QTE minigame where you have to stop yourself getting hit with mops. You can play this as it is, or just mash all face buttons on your controller for an easy win.
