There are a few guides on youtube that you can either follow or use as a checklist for the clues. Here are a few notes and tips so you don't end up like me and have to play several times through and drive yourself crazy:
make sure to open each of the clues and view them
make sure to check the default clues for both Edward and Emily. Clue(Edward Carnby, P.I) & Clue (Lasting Debt)/Clue (A Long Engagement) & Clue (Jeremy's Warning)
make sure to read the clue for Talisman Schematics (that turned out to be the one I hadn't read). the schematics are obtained automatically in chapter 1. also, you can check the archive for everything you've collected during a play though and view the clues that way.
The saving grace for this achievement is that the game keeps track of what you've found through each playthrough.

There are 56 clues across Emily and Edward's playthroughs, and not all of them are easy to find – some are very missable. The best advice I can give is to scour every location thoroughly and play with the Modern settings turned on to better highlight items, making collectibles easier to spot.
