How to unlock the No Compromise, No Mercy achievement in Alpha Protocol - Definitive Guide

*Edit*: Thanks to *Fred Freestyle* and *ardlive*, it has been verified that there is more than one set of choices that can unlock this vaugely worded achievement. It appears that the important aspects are to let Shaheed live in Saudi Arabia so that you can later meet w/ him and agreed to betray your country, and finally refuse to work with Leland.

Here is specifically what I did to unlock the achievement:

In Saudi Arabia:
- Let Shaheed live

Just before the final assault:
- Meet w/ Shaheed, tell him you are prepared to betray your country, then execute him

During the final assault:
- Refuse to work with Leland (punch him if you want)
- Execute Westridge
*Achievement Pops* (do whatever you want with Leland)

spot on. this solution points straight to what is needed to get this chievo. only thing i did different is that i let shaheed live after meeting with him before the final assault.

I can confirm that killing Shaheed is not a requirement for the achievement.

Also, you don't have to execute Westridge. I spared him and still got the achievement.

Reinforcing the above solution

Step 1) DO NOT kill Shaheed in Saudi Arabia near the start of the game.
Step 2) Contact Shaheed before the final mission in operation End Game. When given the option of betraying your country during the conversation, select "Yes"
Step 3) Refuse to work for either Halbech of Alpha Protocol.

Anything else, such as rescuing Mina, talking to Scarlet, fighting Parker or Marburg in the hall, your choice of handler, allowing Shaheed to live or allowing Westbridge to live are all unimportant.

If you've done it right, the achievement should activate after you've made your choice of what to do with Westridge after beating him as the end boss.

You can very easily miss this ending if you aren't careful towards the beginning of the game. The only guaranteed way of getting this ending requires you to spare Shaheed at the beginning of the game. Continue through the game as you normally would, until you meet with Shaheed again right before the final mission. During this conversation, he will ask if you are willing to betray America. Say yes, and proceed as you normally would. Also, if Lelend offers a position within Hallbech, refuse.

When you finish the game, the achievement should unlock.

For this ending, you must have spared Shaheed. Prior to starting the "Infiltrate Alpha Protocol" mission, you will have the opportunity to meet with him again in "Contact Sheikh Ali Shaheed". During this meeting, agree to betray your country by answering with the Professional dialogue choices. Once on the "Infiltrate Alpha Protocol" mission, turn down Leland's offer of employment, preferably with your fist. You will face Westridge as the final boss. Once the battle is over, choose to arrest or execute him as you see fit. Depending on your actions through the game there may also be a scene with Leland afterwards. Again, arrest or execute him. In either case, the trophy will pop during the ending cinematic.
