This is easier to do with a secondary account.
Challenge your secondary account to a game. Before placing a word, click resign. Then, on the end game screen (you may have to go back to your played games, and click on the game to view it), at the bottom right of the corner, you'll see a 'Rematch' button. Click it, then click yes to confirm. The achievement will then pop.

don't even need a second account, i did it on a Random Match

I never said you needed a second account, I just said it's quicker and easier.

This achievement first requires that you lose a game. Once you are in a game, you can just resign to get awarded the loss (hit the Resign button in the bottom right corner of the screen during an active game). Then, hit the Rematch button in the same position to challenge the same player to another game. The achievement unlocks as soon as the game board loads. The other player doesn't not even have to accept the invite.
