If you look to your left you will see a calendar with 12 days on it. Every run you do counts as a day so you will unlock this within 12 run-throughs.

You should notice a calendar in the top left of the screen. It will count down by one after every run. This pops when the calendar reaches zero. Nothing else happens here as the calendar just resets.
