The achievement description is very misleading.
The achievement is not for spending 10 hours on one level, but 10 hours of total gameplay. It only counts time you actively spend playing (I don't think idling the game with a bomb in the sling will count).
If you need to check your progress, you can select the Trophy icon on the Main Menu and you can see your current progress.
