American Fugitive

For this achievement, you are required to collect all 15 Flyers within the game. The flyers can be obtained by looting businesses or residential buildings and are spawned at random.

This achievement can be obtained fairly quickly and without too much work. Simply go to the place marked on the map below located within the first island.
You will stumble across a building known as 'St. Boadle's Church'. When you enter the building, you will be able to search freely without having to break in or hold anybody up like you would in a store.

If you enter the church and search the hallway, you should find yourself a flyer (If you do not, please do not get put off). All you need to do next is leave the building and walk/run directly south to the opposite side of the road below you. Once there, turn around and then re-enter the church again to repeat the process. This seems the refresh the building allowing you to research the hallway again for a chance of another flyer. Rinse and repeat this process until you have managed to collect all 15 Flyers. Please note that flyers can be collected multiple times and spawn randomly within buildings. You can also track your progress as to which flyers you have collected within the 'Statistics' menu. Each time you collect a new flyer, you will get a notification in the top left of your screen informing you that a note has been added to your journal.

Flyers are advertising leaflets for the various in-game businesses, and can be tracked on the statistics screen.

There are 15 flyers to collect

All flyers can be found on the first island of the game if you're looking to get this out of the way early, as well as the rest of the map when it opens up, but they are almost entirely random in their placement. The only constant is that they are collected by burgling premises. Flyers can be found in any room in both residential and commercial properties.

Each flyer can be collected several times, but you'll know every time you pick up a new one, because you'll get an on-screen text stating that a new note has been added to your journal.

The only way to obtain this achievement is by indiscriminately robbing every property you come across, which you'll be doing anyway to search for paintings and hidden stashes.

I had burgled over 30 stores and countless houses before finding them all. The final flyer I found was for the Gas Station, which I found in the office of the pharmacy during the Foul Play mission. I had robbed that pharmacy and searched every room each time about a half dozen times before finding it, proving again they appear completely at random, like any other loot.
