AMID EVIL

In the Gateway (the difficulty selection level), head towards the Hard Difficulty portal. Head up the ramp, then turn around and jump onto the ledge on your right (left on your way up). Follow it back to the main room and you'll find a small gap in the wall. Head inside and you'll find the secret entrance to Evil Difficulty. You shouldn't need to enter the portal, the achievement should unlock by simply finding this room.
