How to unlock the Still Alive achievement in Amnesia: Collection - Definitive Guide

When you head into the Library area, you will come across a room at the end of the hall with a projector. Head to the right of the projector and there will be a bookcase straight ahead. On the third shelf there will be a book you can pull off, uncovering the note beneath it. Read the note, about a purchase from Aperture Science, and the trophy will pop.

You need to progress through the game until you reach the Library level. Once in here head straight down the hall towards the projector, turn right and search the bookcase at the end of the hall. At the back of the bookcase is a letter which will unlock the achievement once you read it. You may need to move a number of books until you find it.

To obtain this trophy, you must find the "Packing Form" note. It is located on the right side of the room with the projector in the central cabinet, behind one of the books (third shelf from the top).
