Location: At the very end of the chapter
Location: At the very end of the chapter
You will eventually get to a point in this chapter where you need to progress through a series of tunnels which are under water. In the room after the second tunnel, there will be a valve that you can turn directly in front of you. Interact with this valve to turn it and unlock this achievement.

This is in the cistern level. As your leaving the cistern the bit where you drop down and start crouching through little archways. After the first or second archway if you look up there's a wheel on the wall to turn. I leave it to you's to see what happens but that's where it popped for me
