Following on from Pathfinder you will be in a rocky valley with a stream heading down. Follow this stream downwards.
I believe if you missed it previously you can unlock a missable achievement here called Caregiver.

Keep pressing the B button to check on your baby. Repeat it a few times and it should unlock.
Continuing following the stream around to the left and onwards to where it joins a lake/pond in a open area.
Here is another chance for a missable achievement called Trawler.

Walk into the water towards the rocks in the middle. Crouch down so you can see underwater and look for some pots. Move the pots around. I also grabbed the Lamp Oil inside one of the pots, which is when the achievement popped for me.
Head out the the opposite side you came in and continue on. Head up the rocky path and around to the right to get over into the next area that was blocked by a rock. Head up the ladder in front. When you get over, head straight towards the smoke ahead and pass through the rocks, either jumping over through the middle or walking around to the left. Follow the sandy path around and through the crack in the rocks. Soon you will end up in a new area.
Head through one of the doors that you have to open by sliding the left and right doors side ways to get through. Head up and press the button on the right of the door and go through. Walk forward and head into the next door.
The achievement should pop straight after the game has loaded. (After pressing any button at the loading screen)
