How to unlock the Codebreaker achievement in Amnesia: The Bunker - Definitive Guide

In order to open all 11 lockers you need to find the tags with the codes on them to the corresponding lockers. (Codes are different for everyone, every playthrough can't look them up).
There are 4 Tags that are always in the same spot:
Delisle - Officers Quarters
Clement - Soldiers Quarters
Foreman Stafford - Maintenance
Lampert - Arsenal - Tunnels
The other 7 Spawn in random locations throughout the bunker and are different every playthrough. However there are some locations where you will always find one of the 7 but it will be a different name every time.
Mission storage - By the lockers
Maintenance - Foreman's Quarters
Maintenance - Chapel
For the last four you will have to check the locations of all the dead bodies scattered in the bunker. The locations of the dead bodies do not change but the tags on the bodies are different every playthrough.
My video guide will show you the locations of all the tags that are always in the same spot and the location of all the dead bodies you can check for the random ones.

You are missing a few locations there is another in arsenal and also on the bed in the officers quarters

One code did not appear on my token, which is why I had to replay the game. Keep this in mind if this also happens.
p.s. Frictional Games always has stable games, and there were no problems with achievements. Perhaps I was just unlucky.
