Amnesia: The Bunker

This achievement is exactly what it says in the description. Have the monster see you, then escape and you should pop it. To be frank, I got this walking back to the save room after releasing the lockdown. I just walked back into the room and the achievement popped, so the creature must've been nearby. Alternatively, you can prepare an explosive barrel and lure the creature into it. It'll make it go away after taking damage, popping the achievement.
