You can grab this as soon as you enter the bunker and meet the man that tells you what is happening and then gives you a gun and asks him to kill him. When you go to get the ammo from the pantry you will turn around and the monster will attack and kill the man. As soon as this happens hit 
then quit to main menu.
If you missed this on your first playthrough you can start a new game on a new save slot and you can skip the tutorial if you already did it and grab this in 1-2 minutes on a fresh save.

Worked fine for me , reminds me of GS from first game this , will drop a like ,

So I watched the video and gave it a try and nothing.. I reloaded the save to try again and nothing. I did it at different parts and nothing. I made new saves and nothing. I'm playing the game on the PC gamepass. Not sure why this isn't triggering.

After the trenches
You will arrive in the Bunker
Eventually you will meet a soldier who gives you a gun and asks you to find a bullet so you can shoot him
Turn around and go in to the pantry and retrieve a bullet from the cupboard
On your way back to the solider he will then get attacked by the beast very quickly
Pause the game and quit to main menu
There will be an autosave at the beginning of the bunker, so if you quit too early/late, you can simply try again.

Okay this is a pretty funny achievement.
After the encounter I reloaded the last save, which put me back to the start of the bunker, then quit out, which unlocked the achievement for me.

Okay this is a pretty funny achievement.

Start a New Game (If you have beaten the game, skip intro).
Get to the point where you pick up two bullet's for a revolver, and get back to the solder who wanted you to kill him so he would not suffer. After a jumpscare happens, just quit to main menu and achivement should show up.

At the start, after you see the guy get got by the monster, wait a couple seconds for him to be completely gone, and just quit the game. If you have any other issues, just reload the save, it'll take you to when you just wake up and things should work out!
