The Chapel is found in the Maintenance section, go through the rat tunnel and when you find the locked door to the Pillbox, it's just down the path and to the left.
Inside the Chapel, you'll find the key to the Pillbox on a shelf in the confessional booth. Make sure to close the door and hide inside the booth once you've grabbed the key as the beast comes in afterwards.
