Amoeba Battle

There's a trick that makes this fairly easy. Once you have reached the wasp tutorial you'll be able to see where the wasps are if they happen to bee feeding on algae. They typically tend to move in an anti clockwise direction, but this isn't a hard and fast rule so be careful. I recommend performing an attack move with as soon as the first set of wasps leave their algae patch.

I found that if you replicate a well fed amoeba on red health, both new amoebas get full health. You can use this to your advantage as long as you haven't reached the population cap of 25.

Make sure all of your amoebas have the well fed status when possible as this boosts your damage output.

Be careful when the sharks show up too. I found it too easy to get your own amoebas trapped in the battle with no where to let them escape. This achievement is called micro manage after all, and that's what you must do in order to keep amoebas alive during shark encounters. Move unhealthy guys to the back of the pack and let the fresh healthy guys do the fighting. Once you can make wasps the sharks become easier.
