Fairly easy. Search around for bonus microalgae until you get to the fighting wasps tutorial. I recommend attacking the first set of wasps almost immediately. When they move off their patch of algae, press 
just beyond them to engage.
The other wasps tend to move in an anti clockwise direction from algae to algae patch. You can feed on the algae yourselves so make sure all of your guys are well fed and outnumber the wasps before moving in to attack.
You'll get some sharks show up, but only in groups of 3-4 and they're not that hard to defeat. Once you have enough wasp DNA you'll move to the 'safe spot' and get the evolve to wasps tutorial. Make a couple of wasps and head to the level exit, dealing with the 4 sharks on the way
