At the main menu click Freeplay and then do Mira HQ.
As soon as the game loads go to the Laptop, open the Laptop and click on Imposter.
As soon as you close the menu open up the sabotage menu and turn off the lights in the office. walk South and enter into storage or the balcony and kill Blue or Pink.
You can then go to the office and turn the lights back on to fix a sabotage you have called.
You do need to load into an online game once and then back out before going to Freeplay.
As soon as the game loads go to the Laptop, open the Laptop and click on Imposter.

Self-explanatory. Alongside the critical system sabotages detailed for the 
SABOTEUR trophy, there are also non-lethal sabotages that you can perform as an Impostor to help you distract the Crewmates and create opportunities to dispatch them. One of those, available on all 4 maps through the lightning bolt button while holding 
(always in Electrical except on Mira HQ where it's in the Office), allows you to turn off the lights: nobody will see you coming and only really close people will witness your kill. Simply kill a Crewmate while the lights are off to unlock this trophy.
This trophy can be boosted with as little as 4 people of course, but you'll most likely unlock it naturally.
