At the main menu click Freeplay and then do Mira HQ.
As soon as the game loads go to the Laptop, open the Laptop and click on Imposter.
As soon as you close the menu open up the sabotage menu and turn off the lights in the office. Walk north to the vent and go North and then East to the office.
Turn on the lights and sabotage fixed.
You can also kill Black in admin when the lights are out for another achievement.
You do need to load into an online game once and then back out before going to Freeplay.

You will have to load into an online game once and then after quitting out you are good to play any of the freeplay maps.

When you load up a match
[You need to be imposter]
Sabotage the nearest task, to you.
Then do the task that you need to disable the sabotage.
If another person does the task before you, you need to restart the sabotage
[Once the sabotage's cooldown stopped].
Then after you fix it, the achievement will pop.

Self-explanatory. Of all the sabotages you can cause, some of them are fixable: Oxygen Depleted and Reactor Meltdown/Reset Seismic Stabilizers/Avert Crash Course for the critical ones, as well as Fix Lights and Comms Sabotaged for the non-lethal ones (the doors can't be fixed, they reopen automatically after a while). Simply fix one of those after you initiated it to unlock this trophy, the easiest one being the lights as it's super quick to fix: trigger it right next to where you can fix it, then you just need to flip the 5 switches with the
