At the main menu click Freeplay and then do the Skeld.
As soon as the game loads check your tasks in the top right for Admin: Swipe Card.
If you do not have the task go to the Laptop to your left, open the Laptop, click on admin and add the card swipe.
From the laptop walk South around the tables to the T shaped hallway and East into admin. Go to the right of the table, open the menu, get your card, and swipe.
The card swipe itself takes whole full second to get through properly. So slide the card like you are being paid salary and it does not matter how long it takes to sign in.
You can also remove and add the task back from the laptop should you not finish it correctly or want more practice with the card swipes. This task is a "common task" so more common tasks there are the more likely it is to find this task in a normal game.
You do need to load into an online game once and then back out before going to Freeplay.

On console this is easy... Rotate the stick in the direction indicated in one second evenly...got this on my first ever swipe.

Self-explanatory, you need to complete the Swipe Card task (which requires you to spin the 
at the appropriate speed to swipe your ID card) in one try. Please note that this task is only available on The Skeld in Admin and Polus in the Office.
It will require a bit of practice to get the swipe timing right, but this is a really common task so you'll get it eventually. Please note that you have to be online for this, it won't unlock in Freeplay even after activating the glitch.
