How to unlock the TASKMASTER achievement in Among Us - Definitive Guide
Edit: With the recent update, this solution appears to no longer be viable. I believe your best bet is to now set up a boosting session/gather up groups of people and have everyone try their best to do tasks as rapidly as possible, with some people in ghost mode to make reaching the task faster. you can also do this really easily in public matches though, even in death you can finish tasks remember. set up a lobby with the same stats as the ones listed below, and try to bust out as many tasks as you can when people show up. This achievement will unfortunately take much longer to accomplish now as far as i can tell.
Use the ability to open multiple instances of the game to your advantage. Make sure you link your account in the main menu before you begin or else you won't unlock any achievements. Put the game into windowed mode and as small of a resolution as possible, then stagger the screens from top right, diagonally, to bottom left. Doing so will allow you to press 'play again' more easily on the bottom right of each tab, and you can click the top left corner of each tab to switch to it. Get all tabs into one main lobby by pressing local, create game with one tab, then local, join game with all other tabs. Open as many as you can run, up to 15. I personally ran 12.
Settings:
Map: The Skeld
Imposter: 1
Player speed: 3.0x
kill cooldown: 10s
kill distance: long
#common tasks: 0*
#long tasks: 0*
# short tasks: 5
all other settings are irrelevant, *doing long and common tasks personally felt like it was taking too long but if you want to do them as well feel free to set it to 3, but i dont recommend it.
Start the game with the host tab, then find the tab with the imposter player. Since all crewmates will be around the meeting table, simply press kill to move around the circle, slaughtering them individually. The way i did this was kill one person then immediately hover over the tabs on the task bar of your pc, which should all be in one nice long row, to see which one has the bright red death animation, switch to that tab and as a ghost start doing your tasks. Most of the time though i was able to see the bright red of the death animation on a corner of a tab so i would just click on it an go from there. If you can't find your tasks press the map icon on the top right to locate them. You will be able to fly through walls and move very rapidly compared to being alive. Once all tasks are done with that player, switch back to the killer and kill again, rinse and repeat until you kill the 2nd to last crewmate, which will end the game with a W from the imposter. This setup can be used to finish all other achievements in the game with ease, and will allow you to make progress towards 150 kills and 500 tasks completed at the same time.
From Maw n Paw:
Please note that you should try to do these all in one sitting. Apparently progress pauses until you reach that progress a second time and then new progress picks up from there.

THIS METHOD WORKS IN 2024
Currently this is only known to work for PC players.
-From the main menu go to Online and join a game. Join any game and wait till the game actually starts and you load into the match.
-Now you need to be disconnected from the lobby. You can do this by disconnecting your WiFi, unplugging your ethernet cable, or disabling your ethernet adapter in Control Panel. When you disable your internet, you will need to try and move around for it to fully disconnect you.
-You will then be back at the menu. Go to "Practice" which is located under Local and Online Play.
-Choose MiranHQ
-You can now go back online so you can use the achievement tracker. If you do not reconnect online, your kills will not track.
-In MiranHQ you can go to the laptop and click customize on the table and go to Cafeteria folder. There is a trash task and a drink task. Both of these are very quick and right above the table. Enable the task. Go complete and it and come back to the laptop. Click it twice which will remove it and readd it back to your task list. You can do this infinitely.
For tracking purposes, every 3 tasks will raise your percentage up by 1%

This is the third and final of the task grind trophies, and there are two ways to deal with it: simply playing the game online or using a glitch to get those tasks done in freeplay. Note that only fully completed tasks count for this (some tasks require more than one action to be completed): completed tasks are displayed in green while tasks in progress are displayed in yellow.
The first method will take quite some time due to the sheer number of tasks you must complete. And really, there's no special strategies or anything, you just have to get to it. If anything, prioritize lobbies with a high number of tasks (preferably short ones), and just enjoy the game. Also, remember that you can still complete tasks as a ghost if you're killed or voted out prematurely. Should you chose to do it this way, you can check your progress on the Statistics screen accessed through the button with a bar chart on the main menu.
Fortunately, there's a much faster way to get this. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:

- Join an online game as you normally would
- After receiving your role (it doesn't matter if you're a Crewmate or an Impostor) and spawning on the map, leave this game
- Back out to the main menu, then go to Freeplay
- Load up any map
- Use the laptop you'll find on a table nearby, activate all tasks by selecting them with inside each location folder and get to it
- Once you're done, reset all tasks in the same manner and start again

I'll put in my 3 cents. I did this prize in all modes, but the trophy only appeared in classic. I don’t know about others, in my case the prize came out after about 400+ tasks
