How to unlock the Meet the Anarchy Butcher achievement in ANARCHY REIGNS - Definitive Guide

Okay so this is how I got it! (If you havent gotten it before this)

Black Side Stage 4, Free Mission 3 "MUTATION MARCHES ON" Defeat 5 Mutants within 5 mins and you get 3 tries. Now I had Rampage Full for all this. Beat the living crap ot of them till you see "B" Execution. Press it and there you go. Now it might take a little bit but you can rinse and repeat this Free Mission as many times as you need to get it. I did it 5 times to make sure cause there are times where you might not be able to get it but they do drop items to help like...Rifle, Missles and I got a Rampage item that unlocks rampage even if you dont have your Rampage Bar full already

An even earlier mutant mission is in Black Side 2 Free Mission 2 with 6 Mutants to kill in 5 minutes. You should be able to build up rage for the twin mutants and an instant rage power up will spawn to make the triplets easier.

Obviously remember to press B when they are encircled with a green outline and the prompt appears for an execution move.

Your allies may sometimes kill them in this state which is slightly annoying but you should probably get this after about 5 tries of it, considering that you've probably killed a couple of mutants in earlier missions like this.

Against mutant enemies, when you do enough damage to them (without overkilling them via Rampage or Killer Weapons), they will drop to the ground with a green circle around their bodies . If you go up to them and hit , you'll enter an animation where you execute them. There are quite a few free missions that pit you against multiple mutant enemies (such as White Side 4-2x where you fight 9), so you should be able to get this in your first playthrough, if not early into the second.

To unlock this achievement you must finish off 20 mutants with the execution move, done by pressing  when a green ring circles around them. This will probably unlock naturally, but if you must unlock this, go to White Side 4-2 Free where a lot of mutants spawn.

You need to perform 20 of these finishing moves on mutants.
First, beat the monster until it is surrounded by a green circle and lights up above its head (capture). We press grab and voila - the finishing move is completed, and there are 20 of them.
